Lightweight foam structural and protection components for advanced drone logistics.
DBM is a custom EPP foam molding manufacturer in China, also molding EPS and composite foams. Lightweight EPP, EPS, and foam composite parts — mostly air, engineered to carry load, absorb impact, and insulate. Send us your part and we take it from there: material selection, structural design, sampling, and volume production. Recyclable, low-carbon, ISO 9001 certified.

Expanded Polypropylene — a high-performance closed-cell foam known for impact absorption, compression recovery, chemical resistance, thermal insulation, and repeated-use durability. For reusable packaging, drones, battery protection, automotive parts, and returnable trays.
Expanded Polystyrene — a lightweight foam widely used for protective packaging, thermal insulation, disposable shipping, and shaped cushioning. Selected when the project needs low weight, good insulation, efficient production, and competitive cost.
When foam alone is not enough, DBM integrates reinforcement parts, carbon fiber rods, plastic inserts, embedded components, and secondary-processing features — so the part provides not only cushioning, but strength, positioning, connection, mounting, and assembly functions.
Beyond EPP and EPS, DBM also molds these three: for firmer support at very low weight, for parts that must flex and stay dry, or for parts that hug a curved surface and keep coming back. Each page carries the full property table and a selection guide.
Firm support at very low weight
EPO16–33 g/L · 120–190 kPa @25%PS/polyolefin composite bead foam — rigid-feeling, still impact-safe, low thermal conductivity. →
M.04Best forFlexible, water-resistant, reusable parts
Beaded EPE20–74 g/L · 7 densitiesBead-molded polyethylene — the widest density span, low compression set, <5% water absorption. →
M.05Best forSoft contact surfaces & sealing
EVA30–50 g/L · 205–243% elongationCross-linked closed-cell EVA — soft, conformable, the highest elongation at break of our production foams, recovers to within 2%, <1% water absorption. →
Whatever you build — drones, batteries, appliances, precision parts — we design the foam around how your product is actually shaped, loaded, handled, and shipped. You describe the job; we deliver the part that does it.
Custom cavities for drone bodies, propellers, and sensors. Lightweight, crash-tolerant, designed for repeated handling and reuse.
Cushioning, positioning, and thermal-management EPP structures for battery packs and ESS containers — flame-retardant grades available.
Anti-static EPP support zones, stacking structures, and handling logic for CNC parts, electronic modules, and sensitive components.
EPP structural and insulation components for heat pumps, HVAC units, and appliance programs — lighter assemblies, fewer parts.
High-density EPP cores for bumper energy-absorption and structural support — built to take repeated impacts without losing shape.
Engineered EPP trays and dunnage that replace single-use packaging. Reusable, recyclable, designed around real handling cycles.
Sustainability targets are yours to hit — we help you get there. Parts designed for years of reuse instead of single trips cut your packaging spend and your waste stream at the same time, and recover back into the material loop when retired.
Repeat-impact EPP trays and dunnage return to service across many handling cycles, replacing single-use packaging.
Repeat-impact durability and a wide temperature range keep parts performing for years, not a single trip.
Single-material EPP and EPS can be reclaimed back into the bead stream; recycled-content grades are supported.
Bead foam is mostly air — less material per part and lower weight reduce transport energy and emissions.
