Non-crosslinked extruded polyethylene foam in sheet and roll form, 20 to 45 kg/m³, closed-cell and fully recyclable. It is cut, die-punched, heat-formed or laminated into liners and inserts rather than molded — the lowest tooling threshold of any foam here, so short runs and many part numbers stay economical. Same polyolefin base as Beaded EPE, in a lighter, softer, thinner form.
