¹ Tensile strength of the 20–25 kg/m³ grade is tested per ISO 1798 (flexible cellular materials); the 27–66 kg/m³ grades per ISO 1926 (rigid cellular plastics). Expansion ratio is approximate. Typical test ranges — not guaranteed limits; molded-part performance depends on geometry, wall thickness and achieved part density.

V-0UL 94
Flame-retardant EPP
Need a fire rating? We run a V-0 flame-retardant EPP grade.

FR-modified beads reach a UL 94 V-0 rating while keeping EPP's cushioning and recyclability — built for battery packs, ESS enclosures, rail and e-mobility interiors where a burn-rate spec alone isn't enough. Available across the density range above; tell us your target density and rating and we'll confirm the grade and supply test reports.
